Section 11.02. Examination required.

  An applicant for licensure as a professional counselor shall take and pass the Wisconsin statutes and rules examination, and one of the following: the National Counselor Examination, the National Counselor Mental Health Certification Examination, the Certified Rehabilitation Counselor examination, or another examination approved by the section. Both parts of the examination may be taken prior to the completion of the required period of supervised practice.
