- In this subchapter and in ch. 459 , Stats. :(1) "Hardship" means serious illness or some other personal adversity, as determined by the board.(1m) "Sufficient cause" means illness or other hardship.(2) "Supervision" means any of the following:(a) A face-to-face meeting, at least monthly, between the supervisor and the temporary licensee and other on-going communications by mail, telephone, pager, e-mail or other electronic means.(b) On-site, in-view observation and guidance by the supervisor while an assigned activity is performed by the temporary licensee.
