Section 94.08. Time limit for decisions.

The 90 day period established in s. 230.44 (4) (f) , Stats., for the issuance of certain decisions shall commence on the last date for filing objections to the proposed decision and order under s. 227.46 , Stats., or the date for the last written or oral argument, whichever is later.
