Parties subject to s. 111.70 (4) (cm) , Stats., shall, upon request, provide the commission with information the commission deems necessary to meet its statutory responsibilities to report on the operation of the arbitration law under s. 111.70 (4) (cm) , Stats., and on its effect on collective bargaining in the state.
