This chapter governs the general procedure relating to mediation of labor disputes under s. 111.70 (4) (c) 1. and (cm) 3. , Stats., involving collective bargaining units of municipal employees or units of supervisory law enforcement or supervisory fire fighter personnel of a municipal employer.
