This chapter is promulgated under the authority of ss. 47.02 and 227.11 (2) , Stats., to establish criteria and procedures for an order of selection for vocational rehabilitation services that conforms to the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 USC 701 et seq., and 34 CFR 361.36 .
