Section 290.145. Evidence of compliance by owner or developer of real property.

  Prior to the local governmental unit accepting the dedication of any work completed under s. 66.0903 (2) , Stats., each owner or developer of real property shall file an owner or developer affidavit of compliance with the prevailing wage rate determination, on a form prescribed by the department, with the local governmental unit.
