Section 376.19. Lockdown.

In the event of a safety or security need, the superintendent may at any time lockdown an institution to investigate and control the situation. The superintendent shall give the secretary and the administrator advance notice, when possible, of any lockdown. If advance notice cannot be given, the superintendent shall notify the secretary and the administrator of a lockdown as soon as possible.
