Section 373.33. Disruptive conduct.

  • A youth may not engage in or cause conduct within the sight or hearing of others which is unusually loud, offensive or vulgar, including arguments, yelling, loud noises, horseplay, loud talking and other behavior which may disrupt the normal functioning of the institution, any area within the institution or any other area to which the youth is assigned.
