Section 346.42. Volunteers.

If a facility uses volunteers, the operational plan under s. DOC 346.04 shall contain policies and procedures relating to the use of volunteers, including recruitment and selection, training and orientation, supervision and evaluation, duty and responsibility assignments, and termination.
