Section 310.06. Communication of procedures.

The department shall make the written complaint procedure readily available to all inmates. The department shall provide each inmate written notification and an oral explanation of the complaint procedures. The department shall provide an inmate the opportunity to ask and have questions answered. The department shall make appropriate provisions for non-English speaking, impaired or handicapped inmates.
