Section 310.02. Applicability.

Pursuant to authority vested in the department of corrections under ss. 301.02 , 301.03 (2) , and 227.11 (2) , Stats., the department adopts this chapter which applies to the department and all inmates confined in a state adult correctional facility. This section interprets ss. 301.02 and 301.03 (2) , Stats.
