Section 77.10. Grievances.

  • If an individual providing communication access services under this chapter or an individual or agency receiving communication access services under this chapter is dissatisfied with any action or decision of the department relating to communication access services, the individual or agency may file a grievance, in writing or orally, with the department. The grievance shall be addressed to the department's division of disability and elder services and shall be received by the administrator's office of the division of disability and elder services within 45 days after the date of the department's action or decision.
