Section 62.16. Funding for services.

To support the provision of services under this chapter, the department shall distribute emergency funds authorized under s. 20.435 (5) (hy) , Stats., and surcharge revenues authorized under ss. 20.435 (5) (hy) and 346.655 , Stats., by an allocation process developed in consultation with county representatives.
