Section 190.07. Plan for emergencies.

Each institution shall have on file at the institution a written plan which specifies action and procedures for meeting emergency situations, including fire, serious illness and severe weather. Procedures for orderly evacuation of residents in case of emergency shall be included in the plan and shall be made known to all staff.
