Section 182.01. Authority and purpose.

This chapter is promulgated under the authority of s. 254.151 , Stats., for the purpose of establishing criteria and procedures for the award of annual project grants from the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (ef) , Stats., to local health departments or non-profit agencies working in collaboration with local health departments on projects aimed at preventing lead poisoning or exposure to lead.
