Section 151.02. Definitions.

 

(1)  "Family planning" means family planning as defined in s. 253.07 (1) (a) , Stats., and excludes specifically the voluntary termination of pregnancy and the provision of sterilization procedures to persons who are under the age of 21, incompetent or institutionalized.

(2)  "Family planning services" means family planning services as defined in s. 253.07 (1) (b) , Stats.

(3)  "Coordination of family planning services" means the provision of family planning services in a manner that ensures the maximum use of existing community health, social service or welfare resources and local contractual arrangements.
