Section 147.09. Exceptions to requirements.

Except with regard to the requirement that all awards be matched at a ratio of not less than 1:1, as specified in s. DHS 147.06 (2) , the department may grant an exception to any requirement under this chapter if the department is convinced that an alternative to the requirement meets the intent of and is in compliance with s. 255.05 , Stats.
