Section 145.18. Criteria for determination of suspects.

- Any person falling into one or more of the following categories is designated as a suspect:(1) Persons identified as sexual contacts of a sexually transmitted disease case;(2) Persons having positive laboratory or clinical findings of sexually transmitted disease; and(3) Persons in whom epidemiologic evidence indicates a sexually transmitted disease may exist.
