(1) Payment may be made for hearing assessment and hearing aid evaluation for medically indigent families to a clinical audiologist who is on the CSHCN program list of participating clinical audiologists.

(2) Payment shall be made for hearing aids (all or in part) for medically indigent families. Fitting shall be approved by a clinical audiologist who is on the program list of participating clinical audiologists.
