Section 140.02. Applicability.

This chapter applies to the department and local health departments. Sections DHS 140.01 to 140.04 and 140.07 apply to all local health departments. Section DHS 140.05 applies to a level II local health department. Section DHS 140.06 applies to a level III local health department.
