Section 105.04. Supervision of provider assistants.

Provider assistants shall be supervised. Unless otherwise specified under ss. DHS 105.05 to 105.49 , supervision shall consist of at least intermittent face-to-face contact between the supervisor and the assistant and a regular review of the assistant's work by the supervisor.
