Section 1.69. Restrictions on deficiency judgments; amount owing.

The phrase "amount owing at the time of default" as used in s. 425.209 , Stats., shall mean the unpaid balance of the account excluding any unearned finance or additional charges but including any unpaid deferral or deficiency charges.
