Section 1.67. Voluntary surrender of collateral.

Pursuant to s. 425.204 , Stats., a creditor may notify a customer of his or her right to voluntarily surrender the collateral. Such a notice will not be considered a request or demand pursuant to s. 425.204 (3) , Stats.
