Section 1.30. Notice of non-performance.

  • Written notice of non-performance by a customer pursuant to s. 422.207 , Stats., shall be by personal delivery of such notice to the customer or by mailing such notice by regular, registered or certified mail to the customer's last known address. Where notice is by mail, notice shall be deemed given on the day of mailing. Unless otherwise demonstrated by either party a period of 10 days exclusive of the date on which notice is deemed given shall be presumptively a reasonable time within which to perform.
