Section 1.01. Wisconsin consumer act rules; organization.

  In order to facilitate the organization of rules promulgated under the Wisconsin consumer act and to assist interested persons in relating the rules to the act, each rule shall refer to specific sections of the act. The rules shall be published so as to retain the numerical order of the sections of the act to which they refer. However, each statutory reference does not constitute the sole statutory authority for any particular rule.
