Section 27.01. Fees.

  The following fees, prescribed for the examination of various matters arising under ch. 552 , Stats. , are chargeable to the person filing or the registrant, and are payable, unless otherwise provided by the division, at the time the required form or solicitation material is filed:

(1)  Ownership information matters filed pursuant to s. 552.03 , Stats.:

(a) Form TO-1 Statement of Ownership Information   $100

(b) Statement prescribed in section 13 (d) of the securities exchange act of 1934     $100
