Section 3.09. Duty of institution.

  Each savings bank shall establish appraisal policies and practices that set standards for appraisers and appraisals used by the savings bank. These standards must comply with the "Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice" or any other standards deemed appropriate by the division.
