Section 7.06. Land recording UCC filing fees and payment methods.

(1) Fees for filing documents filed in land recording offices under this section are those set forth in s. DFI-CCS 1.10 (1) (g) .

(2) Payment of fees for records filed in land recording offices under this section shall be acceptable in the form of cash, checks, or money order only.
