Section 2.06. Unauthorized assistance.

An applicant may not give or receive unauthorized assistance during the examination. The action taken by the board when unauthorized assistance occurs shall be related to the seriousness of the offense. These actions may include withholding the score of the applicant, entering a failing grade for the applicant, and suspending the ability of the applicant to sit for the next scheduled examination after the examination in which the unauthorized assistance occurred.
