Section 3.08. Violations.

- (1) The following acts shall constitute a violation of an SUA permit:(a) Any deviation from the permit's specifications related to controlled substances, schedules of drugs, or amounts authorized.(b) Failure to comply with this chapter or s. 961.335 , Stats.(c) Failure to maintain physical security requirements for controlled substances as required by state and federal law.(d) Failure to comply with board-approved euthanasia standards.(e) Failure to notify the board of the revocation or limitation of a drug enforcement administration registration, within 3 business days of the revocation or limitation.(2) Any violation of a special use authorization permit may, in the board's discretion, result in the suspension or revocation of the special use authorization permit.
