Chapter DWD 131 was created by emergency rule. See EmR1617 for the rule text and effective dates. Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Pursuant to s. 227.20 (1) , Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter DWD 131 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter DWD 131 as contained in the the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
