Section 91.04. Presentation of price.

Whenever an advertised, posted, or labeled price per unit of weight, measure, or count for any commodity includes a fraction of a cent, all elements of the fraction shall be prominently displayed in compliance with NIST Handbook 130 , ch. IV.B, section 3.1.
