Latest version.
  • A county or district fair board may establish entry classes comprised of projects involving children in 4-H "Cloverbuds," 4-H "Exploring," and other projects aimed at children in kindergarten to grade 3. The county or district fair board may establish specific classes and grade level groupings within classes. The entry classes are open to 4-H members enrolled in the designated 4-H project or an alternative project which follows 4-H project guidelines, and to members of other youth organizations doing equivalent work. Exhibits may be judged using the regular or Danish judging system. For each entry class, a county or district fair board may pay a single premium of $1.50 per entry.
