Section 137.03. General prohibitions.

(1) No person may represent, directly or by implication, that a product is recycled, recyclable or degradable if the representation is false, deceptive or misleading.

(2) No person may represent, directly or by implication, that a product is recycled, recyclable or degradable if the representation violates this chapter.
