Section 105.04. Period of time to compute expenses.

- Expense data used to prove a wholesaler's cost of doing business shall be computed for a 12-month period. This period shall end on the fiscal quarter that the wholesaler most recently completed prior to the date it sells cigarettes or other tobacco products at less than the minimum 3% markup.
