Section 2.03. Two-year temporary license application.

In addition to satisfying the requirements of s. 448.953 (4) (a) , Stats., an applicant for a 2 year temporary license shall include a chronological history by the applicant stating that he or she has engaged in athletic training during each of the 12 consecutive months immediately preceding November 1, 2000.
