Section 2.10. Disbursement of awards.

Awards shall not be disbursed until all the relevant requirements for the award have been fulfilled by the applicant. In the incentive program, distribution of grant awards shall also be contingent upon the board's receipt of a certified financial or equivalent audit of both the base and current years.
