Section 1.29. Notification of revision in funded project or program.

The grantee shall notify the board in writing whenever the program or project is changed from its description in the grant application. The staff shall review this notification letter to ensure that the change does not render a project or program ineligible for support. The grantee shall be notified in writing of the board's approval or disapproval of the program or project change. If a proposed program or project revision is not approved, the grantee may appeal the decision following the board's established appeal process under ss. AB 1.21 and 1.22 .
