Section 1.09. Review of completed applications.

Staff of the board shall review each application to determine its completeness and eligibility. The applicant is responsible for the completeness of the application. The board shall not be responsible for errors or omissions of the applicant. An incomplete application is not eligible for review by the peer review panel or the board. If an application is determined to be ineligible, the staff shall notify the applicant in a timely manner and the applicant shall subsequently receive notification in writing by the board.
