(1) Perimeter surfaces. This is a department rule in addition to the requirements of NEC 680.26 (B) (2). The requirements specified in NEC 680.26 (B) (2) does not apply to a listed self-contained spa or hot tub constructed with nonmetallic walls.

(2) Pool water. This is a department rule in addition to the requirements of NEC 680.26 (C). The requirements specified in NEC 680.26 (C) does not apply to a listed self-contained spa or hot tub constructed with nonmetallic walls.
