Section 810.05. Required sampling and testing.

The water supplier shall be responsible for sampling, testing and reporting treatment plant and distribution system water quality information to the department, in accordance with the applicable requirements of this chapter and chs. NR 108 , 140 , 149 , 809 , and 811 . The department may require the installation of sample hydrants if sufficient, representative sample locations are not reasonably accessible in the distribution system.
