Section 665.0077. Additional reports.

In addition to submitting the annual and unmanifested waste reports described in ss. NR 665.0075 and 665.0076 , the owner or operator shall also report all of the following to the department:

(1) Releases, fires and explosions as specified in s. NR 665.0056 (10) .

(2) Groundwater contamination and monitoring data as specified in ss. NR 665.0093 and 665.0094 .

(3) Facility closure as specified in s. NR 665.0115 .

(4) Other information as required by subchs. AA , BB and CC .
