Section 520.13. Bankruptcy notification.

The owner or operator of a facility for the land disposal of solid waste shall notify the department by certified mail of the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary proceeding under the bankruptcy code, 11 USC 101 , et seq., naming the owner or operator as debtor, within 10 days after commencement of the proceeding.
