Section 203.08. Persons entitled to participate in public informational hearings.

In addition to the applicants named in the public notice of hearing, any interested members of the public or representatives of government agencies may participate in a public informational hearing with respect to the issuance of the proposed permit subject to any restrictions in s. NR 203.10 . Persons and government agencies participating need not be represented by legal counsel.
