The surface waters specified in this chapter are not intended to be an exclusive listing nor do the specified effluent criteria purport to meet the 1983 water quality goals set forth in ch. 283 , Stats. Additions to or deletions from these listings may be made based upon the accumulation of information necessary to make such determination and in accordance with the requirements of ch. 227 , Stats.
