Section 373.62. Violation of conditions of leave.

(1) Each institution shall post specific policies and procedures regarding conditions imposed on an authorized leave. Institutions may solicit the views of appropriate community representatives prior to adoption of the specific policies and procedures.

(2) A youth may not violate the institution's policies and procedures relating to authorized leave.
