Note
The requirement of "a current license to practice dental hygiene in the jurisdiction" applies to clinical instructors at schools accredited by the American dental association, and not to persons practicing with the United States armed forces or public health service because persons practicing with the armed forces or the public health service of the United States have a current license in some U.S. jurisdiction as a condition precedent to practice under the auspices of the federal government.
