Section 161.64. Grant and loan proposals.

 

(1)   General. To obtain a grant or loan under s. ATCP 161.62 (1) , a person shall submit a grant or loan proposal in response to a department request for grant proposals under sub. (2) .

(2)   Request for proposals.

(a) The department may, at any time, issue a request for grant and loan proposals. The department shall issue a request for grant and loan proposals at least once during every state fiscal biennium. A request for grant and loan proposals shall be signed by an authorized department official and shall include all of the following:

1. A deadline date and address for submitting proposals.

2. Format and content requirements for proposals.

3. The name, business mailing address, business email address, and business telephone number of a department representative who can provide more information or answer questions about the request for proposals.

4. Other relevant terms and conditions that the department wishes to include.

(b) The department shall issue a general news release announcing each request for grant and loan proposals.
