On January 3, 2017 , the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1) , Wis. Stats.

The proposed rules affect SPS 320, relating to electronic building permits .

A related emergency rule, Em R 1634 , affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 020- 1 6 , was approved by the Governor on March 7, 2016 , published in Register No. 723A2 , on March 14, 2016 , and approved by the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Professional Services on October 27, 2016 .

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public h earing is required and will be held on January 24, 2017 .
